Welcome back! I personally get bored of the treadmill, so I enjoy switching up my cardio routines in order to prevent burnout. Whether you incorporate one or multiple of these cardio options into a warmup routine, or power through them all for a heavy cardio day, these treadmill alternatives are a great way to switch up your routine.
