Deep Core Workout for a Snatched Waist
While diet plays a HUGE role in abdominal visibility, performing the correct ab exercises can help accentuate your abdominal lines and improve strength and stability. Deep core exercises can also help give the illusion of a smaller waist as you strengthen and tone the muscles underneath your superficial abdominals. I like to perform these exercises after a typical heavy weight gym workout as a finisher or even on their own when I am short for time. Enjoy!
