How to Do a Middle Split on Two Objects

Steps to do a middle split on two objects:
1. Fully stretch (do a stretch routine)
2. Find two sturdy objects
3. Make sure they close enough/ far away for your leg length
4. Stand on one side and go into a middle split
5. Try to balance if you can
Make sure to be careful and have someone with you in case of emergencies!
