Middle Split Stretches
Best stretches to get ur middle split
• you can do this in the morning or at night before bed
• Go on your back and spread your legs open. Pulse your legs up and down to warm up your hip flexors
• Open legs and pulse up and down 20x. Make sure your legs are straight
• Spread your legs down and pull down on your legs pulsing for 20x
• Then bring your legs up again, grab your ankles and pull your legs down for another deep stretch
• Sit up and stretch right and left as shown in the video
• Make sure both hips are on the floor when stretching left and right
