400ml milk, 4 eggs, 1 pinch of salt, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1 pkg. vanilla sugar, 200g flour, a handful of raisins, 1-2 tablespoons clarified butter for baking
Baking time: 10 minutes
Tip: If you don't have an oven-proof pan, you can of course bake the Kaiserschmarrn directly in the pan over low heat!
