Minimalist Workout
It's nice to have a fully stocked gym with all the equipment you could ever want to use for a workout, but many of us only sometimes have access to every piece of equipment we want. But don't be discouraged. Today, I'm sharing my minimalist workout, which uses only a barbell and some weight plates. When I started my home gym, these were the first things I bought, and baby, I could get a LOT done with them! So follow along and see how you can get a whole-body workout with the bare minimum equipment!
