Cooking Tom Yum
Hello. Today we will prepare a dish from Thai cuisine - spicy Tom Yum soup.
The ingredients we need are:
• 2 tablespoons of Tom Yum paste
• 4 tablespoons of fish sauce
• 100-200 g of coconut milk (optional)
• 4-6 leaves of kaffir lime
• 50 g of galangal root
• 50 g of lemongrass stems
• 60 g of straw mushrooms
• 2 liters of chicken broth
• 6 cherry tomatoes
• Shrimp and squid (their volume and size - according to preference)
• 1 fresh chili pepper (add to taste)
