Slide Board
The warm-up is to mobilize and stabilize anchor creating blood flow to the body muscular structure that is the warm-up. First step we did rapid response to wake up our CNS which is essential nervous system getting the heart rate up creating blood flow, once we did that we’re going to slide board working on lateral movement driving off the glue and your abductions. Once we got done with that we did some reverse lunges utilizing the slide board driving up to the front hip and gluts which is working on the booty.
