Meditation – Eliminating Unwanted Ideas
What is your limiting belief?
"I'm not good enough"
"I'm not strong"
"I can't sit still"
"I don't have the time"
...?
My limiting belief is that "it" is too hard. So I've decided to do this meditation so that I can shake that idea...
...because it isn't too hard, it is just too hard for me to do on my own right now. I need help. So I'll get help from others and I will help myself so I can be receptive to receive help.
Today I revisited a meditation for Eliminating Unwanted Thoughts. I do not ascribe to toxic positivity...but I do believe that you attract what you radiate. This meditation is the action I'm taking on my own behalf and I'm inviting you to join me.
