Utilizing only a band, I take you through my favorite exercises to sculpt and tone your lower body, as well as giving you a full-body workout. These are easy to do, and safe for all levels of fitness as you can take your time and work through them at your own pace.
Implement these exercises into a circuit 15 reps of each 4-5 rounds for an absolute burner.
