Beach Yoga
We came to the beach with @lexy.lovee to do stretching yoga. It is truly amazing experience. Beach yoga combines the benefits of yoga with the serene atmosphere of the beach. The gentle sounds of the waves, soft sand, and fresh air create a relaxing and calming environment. Practicing yoga on the beach can improve flexibility, strength, and balance due to the uneven terrain. It also allows for grounding and connection with nature, enhancing the overall experience.
