High Protein Mac ‘n Cheese
Dr. Trevor Kashey and I created an American classic, Mac N Cheese, but it’s a high protein version! Cooking with Dr. T is becoming an annual tradition. Check out our creation at the end! Easy to make, in under 12 minutes, and will keep you filled up for the whole day!
Ingredients used:
Low-fat cottage cheese
Kraft Mac N Cheese
Diced ham
1 bag of peas
