AC Parfait
We are going to prepare a delicious snack.
We will need fruits: you can use the ones of your choice, almonds or walnuts, oat milk, honey, and chia seeds.
Steps to prepare our Snack: 1 cup of milk.
1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
1 handful of fruit "of your choice"
Half tablespoon of honey
(Cover the container and shake)
then garnish with grated coconut, a pinch of ground cinnamon, walnuts or sliced almonds
Leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours and enjoy!!!!!!
