I Lifted How Much Weight? PR Day!
I love hitting the gym with my friends!
Jay & Matt always have friendly competitions in the gym, so we figured we'd have an official contest!
They hit 3 different lifts: squat, bench, and deadlift. Some extra interesting grips along the way....lol
Once they were wrapped up I hit some intense hip thrusts and rang in a new PR for myself!
