Effective stretches to get your splits. Do these exercises every day for 30 days and you’ll be able to get your splits :) Need: mat, 4 yoga blocks/ 4 pillows. 1. Standing hamstring stretch for 10 seconds 2. Swing your first leg front and back, then go into the second leg 3. Downward-facing dog, stretching 1 leg in the air and vice versa 4. Continue in downward facing dog, swinging each leg 10x . 5. Go into a lunge and stretch, then go lower onto your elbows 6. Now it's time to use your blocks or pillows! Stack the pillows or blocks on the floor and go on top of them into a split. If you can remove the blocks or pillows to go lower then go lower until you get your split!
