Neck and Torso Stretches
In this Thursday's video, I will be showing you a few light stretches. These stretches will be focused on the neck and torso. These are slow stretches and this is great if you are sore from sitting too long, or if you are sore from doing a lot of physical activities. This video could be used for warming up or winding down.
