Abs are made in the kitchen but also training them consistently will get that sexy core out!
You should workout your abs 3-5 times a week to start. Then, once you get to your goal, maintain them 2-3 times a week. As you will see in this episode, these exercises will target your whole core to get the results you want. Try these out 3-4 sets of 15-20 repetitions.
