3 Yummy Low Calorie, High Protein Snacks
Hey! My friend Dr. Kashey and I created 3 simple, super yummy snacks packed with lots of protein that you can make right in your own home! Using cottage cheese as the foundation (hear me out!). Dr. Kashey shows us how to eliminate the globby texture, and create a smooth icing-like creamy taste packed with protein! They're too easy to make and will keep you filled up for the whole day!
Ingredients used:
Low-fat Cottage Cheese
Cheesecake Pudding Mixture (Jell-O Brand)
Pinch of salt
Splash of Oat milk (optional for extra creaminess!)
