30 Minute Shuffle Workout
In this episode, Lala teaches you a 30 minute shuffle workout routine to help you build up your stamina. The workout consists of a 5 minute warm-up, 5 shuffle steps for 90 seconds each and a 30 second rest in between each step, a 2 minute freestyle, and a 3 minute cool down. Then repeat everything but the warm-up!
