Skinny Kiwi Mojito
I have been on a serious mojito kick lately! This mojito is low-calorie and will help keep you in shape while still enjoying a yummy cocktail.
Ingredients:
-Mint leaves
-Lime Wedges
-Kiwi slices (peeled)
-White rum
-Club soda
In a glass or shaker, muddle mint leaves, kiwi slices, and lime wedges
Add 1 1/2 oz. of white rum and 1/2 oz of simple syrup
Add ice
Shake vigorously using a Boston shaker or cocktail shaker
Pour contents in a low ball glass (do not strain)
Top with club soda and garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves
Enjoy!
