This bench press work out focuses on toning your chest muscles! If you want to pull those pecs in nice and tight you should definitely try this. You will also gain muscle stamina and endurance in your chest and tricep muscles from this exercise. The goal is to do 1 set of 100 consecutive reps. You will have to work your way up to this!
