My absolute favorite recipe of my grandmother. I love the combination of plum mousse and poppy seeds. Ingredients: 120 g butter, 250 ml warm milk, 500 g flour (type 405), 60 g sugar, 1 pinch salt, ½ cube fresh yeast, 2 egg yolks ; Some flour for the dough EXCEPT: 7½ TSP.
