Today I'm training with my friend DIY with Jacky, we will be doing gluteus and leg. To start our training we must warm up and in this case we did it doing squats without weight: 3 sets of 12-15 times. Then we started with weighted squats and went up 5 pounds each set. 3 sets of 10-12 times. Then we did hip thrusts 3 sets of 10-12 times. There was a moment where we decided to do a super set that was basically to push the muscle to the maximum and help the muscle grow; doing the same routine set but at the end we lowered the weight of the machine and did 10 times with each leg, then we raised the weight.
