Air Force Ab Workout
Alysia Magen goes through three of her favorite ab workouts. She explains three different exercises. Each one needs to be one minute 3X and repeat 3x once completed. The three workout are V ups with medicine ball, russian twist, and swill ball V ups. Finish with some light stretching to reduce muscle tension and improve flexibility.
